By accessing or using Clever Compass LLC’s services, website, or products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Clever Compass LLC provides professional services in the areas of:

  • Career & Coaching Services

  • Financial Freedom Services

  • Entrepreneur & Business Support

  • Purpose-driven apparel

These services are offered virtually or in person, and all users are bound by these terms.

2. Career & Coaching Services

We offer resume support, job search strategy, interview prep, and career coaching. While we provide expert insights to improve your job search, we do not guarantee job offers or interviews. Clients are responsible for their own job application results.

3. Financial Freedom Services

All financial education and investing support is purely educational. We are not licensed financial advisors, CPAs, or tax professionals.

  • We do not provide investment advice or guarantee returns.

  • Clients are responsible for their own investment decisions.

  • Clever Compass is not liable for any financial losses resulting from investments or actions taken after coaching or education sessions.

  • Completion of foundational courses may be required before booking advanced or 1:1 services.

4. Entrepreneur & Business Support

We offer services including website design, HR consulting, creative design, and leadership coaching.

  • Website design services are one-time unless enrolled in a management subscription.

  • Clients are responsible for additional Squarespace fees (hosting, domain, etc.).

  • HR and business coaching services do not guarantee increased employee performance or business revenue.

  • Coaching sessions may be delivered through our affiliate partner, You’re Worth It Coaching & Consulting.

5. Apparel Purchases

All apparel sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing sizing charts and product descriptions before purchasing.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution or fabric processing.

6. Creative Services

We provide professional materials such as flyers, presentations, and social media visuals.

  • Edits beyond the standard two rounds may incur additional charges.

  • We do not guarantee increased engagement or conversions through marketing designs.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Refunds are only granted in cases of service failure or error directly caused by Clever Compass.

  • Refunds are not granted for changes in client preferences, missed appointments, or no-shows.

  • Group discounts are adjusted if a participant withdraws.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, breach of terms, or misalignment with our mission.

9. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All documents, business information, and personal details are treated with respect and deleted after completion of services unless otherwise requested.

10. Intellectual Property

"Created by Clever Compass" may be discreetly included on completed projects. You may not resell or redistribute our materials or templates without permission.

11. Disclaimers

Clever Compass operates from a values-driven foundation focused on purpose, excellence, and personal growth. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including job placements, business revenue, or financial gains. All services are tools to support your journey—how you use them is up to you.
